On Thursday night, July 22nd, “Speed & Accuracy” T.E.A.M. held a conference call hosted by Federico Bowman and Jeff Schlegel. They invited Nuriche CEO David Parker to share the Nuriche philosophy as well as the five key points that define and differentiate Nuriche to create a truly rock solid, sustainable company and opportunity for all.
The report back from Federico was overwhelming as evidenced by one participant’s comments: “Man, that guy is incredible! I could listen to him speak all day long.” These kinds of comments were prevalent, and Federico was that David’s sincerity and his vision to build a company and culture shone through. In David’s works that means “building a sustainable business for all of our IBO’s and customers that has its foundation and focus on making a difference through a real cause.”
The five differentiating points David shared are:
Our Value Proposition: Superior Products at Uncommon Prices
Our Culture: Its About the Cause of Giving
Our Compensation Plan: Generous and Transparent
Our Executive Management: Seasoned Team Making a Difference
Our IBO’s: The Key to Our Success
Federico encouraged his team to follow the events calendar, and if at all possible, attend a meeting where David is speaking in person to get the full impact of the message.
Nuriche CEO David Parker continued to “take it to the street” in San Diego on July 10th when he met with leaders and their guests at the Hyatt Regency in Mission Bay. After hearing David share the Nuriche story and vision, there was a 90% conversion rate from the guest s in attendance. David noted that Nuriche leaders are really stepping up to the plate in a major way in Southern California. “I am extremely impressed by the commitment of the leaders in Southern California and how they are effectively growing their business,” said David. He said Ray Murphy (influential health minister), Jeff Schlagel, Rick Bowman, Jim and Julie Gibson and Ericia and Daniel Millili did a tremendous job in supporting the meeting as well as pursuing effective follow-up. “I’ve participated; in 1-3 three-way calls with attendees every day since the meeting,” said David. New meetings will be held in Orange County, Salinas and Monterey in the next few weeks.
More than 200 IBO’s and their guests attended a standing-room-only meeting on July 15th in Atlanta to hear from Nuriche CEO David Parker and be instructed by local leaders, Davey Pollack and Phil Nichols. David said Atlanta is on fire as evidenced by the turnout and enthusiasm of the guests in attendance. Before the meeting, David held a Leadership meeting with dozens of Nuriche IBO’s where he shared insights about the strategy and expansion that Nuriche is planning in the near future. A meeting on the 16th held at Herschel and Lynn Gibbs’ home had 35 in attendance and was broadcast via the Internet to dozens of people around the country. There was a 100% conversion rate for those in attendance, and they were joined by many from around the country. David said, “June was our best month ever, and July is tracking to equal or surpass that. We are on the cusp of exploding; growth and invite those who are serious about our opportunity to join with us now.”
Since their introduction, Nuriche’s three Pack offerings—Intro, Smart & Variety Packs—have been popular options, especially as a way to save money, sample products and introduce the Nuriche opportunity to others. As we have evaluated the impact of the Pack program on your business and fielded your input, however, we realize that there are features of the program that can be improved, especially as they relate to Qualifying Volume (QV). In order to improve the Pack program, we have reconfigured it to create a universally applicable business tool that benefits all IBO’s. Below is a short summary of what will remain the same and what is changing in relation to the Packs.
Remaining the Same
All three packs will continue to be available in their current configuration
Pricing of the Packs remains the same (Intro/$179, Smart-Variety/$499)
Volume credited to the Purchaser and Sponsor remains unchanged
Qualification for Pack Commissions and volume require the appropriate pack to be purchased
Improvements to the Plan
First and foremost, we have addressed the pack volume issue. Qualifying Volume (of 120) for any pack purchase will now be credited to the entire 30 levels in the upline of the purchaser.
We are also adding significant money to the Prosper Pools as follows: 1)$40 for every Intro Pack purchase, and 2) $114 for every Smart/Variety Pack purchase.
Commission payout for packs will be standardized. There is a two generation payout on all three packs. This means that the Smart and Variety Packs will change from a five generation payout to two. The Intro Pack will change from a three generation payout to two.
The payout for Pack Commissions is as follows: - Intro Pack a. Gen1 – $50 b. Gen2 – $10
- Smart/Variety Packs a. Gen1 – $140 b. Gen2 – $25
These improvements will be effective with this week’s payout (July 5-11), which will be sent out next Friday. Please be aware that the pack volume will not be correctly reflected in your volume on the extranet or on any report until month’s end (August 2nd). Please be assured that you will be paid out correctly on the Qualifying Volume, including all pack volume, as you work to qualify for the PROSPER Pools. After this month, volume will be correctly reflected on the extranet and weekly and monthly commission checks.
We are excited about these carefully considered improvements to our Pack offerings and are confident they will now offer an attractive promotional opportunity for all of our IBO’s, since all can now benefit. If you have any questions about these improvements, please call Customer Service at 877-209-1512.
This is an exciting time for our company, and our No.1 goal is to ensure your success. Thanks for all you are doing to share the Nuriche opportunity!

Summer is hot in Phoenix, but Nuriche CEO David Parker turned the heat up a bit more when he took the stage at the Hilton Airport Hotel to a room full of eager IBO’s and their guests on the evening of June 30. As David shared Nuriche’s vision for its whole food products, its compensation plan and for philanthropic giving, many expressed appreciation for having the opportunity to be involved in a company making a real difference. One of several “non-networkers” in attendance voiced concern about the business model at first, but subsequently became very enthusiastic once she caught the vision: great whole food products that are reasonably priced and which provide an answer for her family, both nutritionally and economically. Others voiced appreciation for Nuriche’s authenticity, and for standing as a network marketing company that focuses its efforts on helping IBO’s become successful. By the end of the evening, many had joined the Nuriche family and plans were in motion for another Phoenix, date to be announced, in July.
