Bill of Rights

As a different kind of network marketing company, Nuriche believes that our independent business owners (IBO’s) have certain rights that should be respected as they partner with corporate staff to build a successful business. Thus, we have created an IBO Bill of Rights of which we want to make all IBO’s aware.

IBO’s have the right to:

1. Own and operate their own independent contractor business.
2. Have their personal business relationships honored and protected.
3. Be paid commissions on the purchases of their down-line and customers.
4. A fair and balanced Independent Business Owner agreement.
5. Freely conduct their businesses without being punished for the business involvement of their spouse or relatives.
6. Sell, transfer or will their independent contractor business.
7. Expect that the company and employees will be honest and treat them courteously and respectfully.
8. Expect that their company has taken all possible steps to insure that their products meet any and all legal standards.
9. Join any legitimate association of their choice.
10. Expect loyalty from the company, and agree to return that loyalty to the company.
